"I started out as a patient of Dr. Taylor's, he has been doing my dental work since I was fifteen years old! I always appreciated how informative he and Julie were with all my dental questions. Julie and Dr. Taylor are the reason I got my foot in the door in the dental profession. They told me the steps I needed to take to go about getting my first job working in a dental office. Which led me to working in an office in Edmond for about eight months before Dr. Taylor offered me a job here at Yukon Dental Care. Now I feel at home with my current job and I'm loving it! I was born here in Yukon with my loving husband, Eric, and my beautiful daughter, Laney. The two of them are who I love spending my free time with. I was with my husband for five years before we got married in 2012. My daughter gives me the drive to do my best each day. Seeing the growth and changes in my daughter lets me know I am doing a great job!".

"I am lucky to have chosen a career that suits me perfectly. I love getting to meet new people every day and getting to visit with my "regulars". Cleaning my patient's teeth gives me such a sense of satisfaction! My goal every day is to have someone say, "Wow. That was the best cleaning I've ever had," or "You are so gentle, that didn't hurt one bit." The practice of dental hygiene can vary greatly, depending on the type of practice and the motivation of the hygienist or supervising dentist. My style is fairly laid-back. I try to say what needs to be said without criticizing or judging and I try to take the time to ease my patients into treatment. Oral health is an ongoing, life-long process. I would rather fall short of my clinical goal on a particular day if it means that an anxious or skeptical patient will be happy and wiling to come see me again."
